Highfield-certified food safety training ensures individuals gain comprehensive knowledge of food hygiene practices and regulatory compliance. Covering levels 1–4 for both manufacturing and catering, these programs empower participants to maintain high safety standards and minimize risks throughout the food production chain.

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a systematic approach to identifying and controlling food safety hazards. It ensures risks like biological, chemical, and physical contaminants are minimized through Codex-based processes.
